Protein diet ice cream recipe
The first ice cream is something I do quite often and it also is very easy to make. All you need is some heavy whipping cream and some protein powder. I usually use a protein powder that also has some flavor. Some of my favorites are strawberry or chocolate but almost any kind tastes great with this recipe.
Simple take 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder and mix it with 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. Mix it all together until the diet ice cream starts to get well blended and a little firm. Put everything into the freezer for around 60 minutes and your ice cream is ready to enjoy.
Fruit diet ice cream recipe
The second diet ice cream recipe that I like to make is just as easy as the first one. All you need is some of your favorite fruit and heavy whipping cream. You mix the ingredients together in a mixer and also put it into the freezer for around 60 minutes. Can be served just as it is or together with some fresh fruit.
Always make sure that the fruit you use is low on carbohydrates if you are strict with your diet. If not then this tastes great with any kind of fruit.
