When on a keto diet or LCHF diet sometimes you need some inspiration on what different kinds of food you can eat. I sometimes have this really nice omelet that you can put together in just a couple of minutes and it tasted really great. Not to mention, it is also very keto diet friendly. You can have this keto breakfast omelet for both breakfast, lunch or for dinner and both people on a diet and not on a diet will love it.
For each person, start out with 3 big eggs that you crack into a bowl and whip together. Add some salt and pepper and other spices to give the omelet some extra taste. Put some olive oil or butter in a pan and fry the omelet for a couple of minutes on each side until it is done.
As ingredients for the omelet you can use anything you like. For me I usually add some bacon, tomatoes, ham, sun dried tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, cheese and different kinds of spices. I mix everything together in the same pan I made the omelet in and fry it all together for a couple of minuites until the cheese has melted and mixed nicely into everything else. Do not forget to add on some salt, pepper and other spices to enhance the taste of the omelet. You can also add on some Tabasco sauce to make it taste even more spicy.
Once the omelet ingredients are done take them out from the pan and put them on the omelet and wrap it around all the ingredients. The omelet is best served directly as it is hot and nice but it actually also tastes really great a couple of hours late so if you want you can make several at the same time and put them in the freezer so you can enjoy them later.
