When you start out with your ketogenic plan you should ensure that you clean out all bad food that you have in your home and make sure you replace it with low carb and high fat food instead. Following a ketogenic plan will be so much easier if you do not have a lot of high carbohydrate food at home that will tempt you.

Another good advice is to start counting your daily food intake and check how much fat, protein and cabohydrates that you actually eat. It is easy to think that you eat enough of fat but many people actually fail with their ketogenic plan just because they eat too little fat.
